AT&T Connectivity Problems

Some customers using the AT&T network for Internet connectivity are reporting errors trying to connect to select AuctionServices.com and Rackspace-related websites. AT&T is aware of the problem and working to resolve it. In the meantime, some customers are reporting success being able to connect directly to the Ignite system through http://ignite.auctionservices.com/.

    Both AT&T and Rackspace are now aware of the problem and actively working to correct the issue.

    It looks like AT&T unblocked the Rackspace addresses and everything should be back to normal. Thank you for your patience while we sorted this out with AT&T.
