RESOLVED: Ignite Under Load

Our team is currently addressing a problem with the Ignite application service being under high load. Until this is resolved, the Ignite administration and updates to websites may not be available or responsive.

    As of 09:45AM Eastern time, the Ignite services are now responding. Our team will continue to monitor this situation throughout the day. Thank you for your patience while we addressed this problem.

    At this time, the Ignite service is now responding properly to requests. The master ticket for this issue is now being marked as "Solved", but we will continue to monitor the situation throughout the day. Thank you for your patience while we addressed this problem.
