RESOLVED: Ignite Under Load

Our technical team is currently addressing a high traffic and load problem on the Ignite cluster. We are working as quickly as possible to address this and will update the help desk once this matter is resolved. Thank you for your patience.

Update: Ignite is now responding properly and we are continuing to monitor the system.

    After some additional delays, etc - all seemed fine when I had to logout & leave the office about 30 minutes ago.
