RESOLVED: Publishing Problems

We are currently working on Ignite's publishing code. This is causing some sites to display a "No auctions found" message. If this happens to you, please log into Ignite, open your auction calendar administration, and use the "Live Support Online" button at the top of your screen to request a manual update of your site.

    At this time, we have the search indexes rebuilt for the Ignite auction calendar and are successfully testing auction publishes. We are continuing to monitor and test the publishes and are placing this issue into a "pending" status. If you have any information as to whether or not your publishes are going through properly, please let us know.

    We successfully tested several publishes across multiple companies within the Ignite platform. At this time, we are considering this matter resolved. We are still dealing with several auctions and companies on an individual basis. If you had a ticket open regarding this issue and continue to experience any problems with publishing or auction list pages, or if you feel your ticket was closed in error, please feel free to re-open it or open a new one.
